Providing the emergency repairs and securement for private abandoned properties on an as-needed basis, requested by the Community Development Department, Code Enforcement Division. Contractors will be on-call and used individually, in rotation and on an as needed availability as conditions arise that exceed the on-call contractor’s resources. Services will include:
It will be the Contractor's responsibility, without further direction from the City, to meet all contract requirements in this agreement. Specific site requirements, time periods and schedules will be specified for each job required by the City.

Services are on-call, used individually and in rotation as conditions arise. All board-up costs must include materials and labor as described in the attached Board-Up Specifications. Specific site requirements, time periods and schedules will be specified for each job.
