The Base Bid is the ducted VRF system with associated ductwork and energy recovery ventilator, and Subtract Alternate 1 is a simplified ductless heat pump system in lieu of that ducted scope. The work includes bonds and allowances, FOB Destination delivery, substantial completion within 12 months of Notice to Proceed and final completion within thirty days of substantial completion.
