Vendors must quote per-gallon pricing for liquid propane delivery to each of ten districts (Burrillville/Glocester; Woonsocket/North Smithfield/Smithfield/Cumberland/Lincoln/Central Falls/North Providence; Foster/Scituate; Coventry/West Greenwich; Pawtucket/Providence/Johnston/East Providence; Warwick/East Greenwich/West Warwick/Cranston; Hopkinton/Richmond/Exeter/Charlestown/Westerly; North Kingstown/Jamestown/Narragansett/South Kingstown; Warren/Bristol/Barrington; Tiverton/Portsmouth/Middletown/Little Compton/Newport) and Block Island, plus monthly rental rates for 100-gallon, 500-gallon, and 1000-gallon tanks, and an on-site labor rate per man-hour (no separate travel).
