The project involves the rehabilitation of Wood River Bridge No. 056601, including clearing and grubbing, removal and disposal of existing concrete masonry, concrete substructure and superstructure work (abut stems, approach slabs, backwalls, bridge decks, sidewalks), galvanized bar reinforcement, welded wire fabric, high pressure water cleaning of bridge structures, repairs to structure concrete masonry (patching mortar, form and cast in place concrete, FRP repairs), drill and grout reinforcing dowels, concrete surface treatment protective sealer, silicone highway joint sealer, temporary jacking and shoring of existing girders, elastomeric bearings, granite identification tablets, granite curb for bridges, full depth removal and disposal of asphalt pavement from concrete bridge decks, deck surface concrete removal by hydrodemolition, steel beam guardrail and related end treatments, riprap, mobilization, temporary traffic protection, loam borrow, seeding, wildlife fencing, portable traffic control signal system, pavement markings, and temporary pavement markings.
