Orange Terrace Community Park Rubber Surfacing Installation

The scope of work for this bid item shall include all Rubber Surfacing installation, including all materials, for the Orange Terrance Community Park shown on the Play Lot Plans and all Work described in the Specifications except items of work described in other Bid Items.

Details
The Work to be done, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, to construct the Work and complete the Contract in compliance with the Plans and Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Director.

Notes
Any communications, whether written or verbal, with any City Council member or City staff other than the individual indicated above, prior to award of a contract by City Council, is strictly prohibited and the Contractor shall be disqualified from consideration.
