On-Call Security Systems Integrator

The Port’s Security Division (Division) maintains a continuous 24/7 security presence throughout the Port complex. The Division oversees the Harbor Patrol, a team of trained, armed public officers tasked with ensuring the safety and security of Port-owned properties and public roadways within its jurisdiction.

The Division operates out of the Joint Command and Control Center (JCCC), a state-of-the-art facility that functions as both the operational hub for the Harbor Patrol and the center for monitoring the Port’s security systems. The JCCC also serves as a communication hub, coordinating response efforts and sharing critical information with key stakeholders and regional partners, including the Los Angeles Port Police, Los Angeles County Emergency Operations Center, Joint Regional Intelligence Center, U.S. Coast Guard, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

To support the continued effectiveness of these security operations, the Port is seeking a qualified contractor to provide installation, configuration, and testing services on a time-and-material basis for security system equipment and materials within the Harbor District.
