Professional Engineering Services for the Pier A West Coastal Resilience Improvements Project

The Port is advancing the Pier A West Coastal Resilience Improvements Project (Project), an approximately 85-acre site preparation and coastal resilience project, to raise the site elevation in anticipation of future sea level rise and prepare the site for future occupancy. The Project includes site grading and ground improvement, installation of wet and dry utilities, electrical infrastructure, and egress and ingress improvements, among other supporting infrastructure necessary to enhance long-term operational flexibility and resilience. The Port anticipates a construction duration of approximately two years.
To support the successful delivery of the Project, the Port is seeking a qualified consultant to provide pre-design, design, and design support during the bidding, construction, and close out phases of the Project.
