The awarded seller must supply, deliver, and pick up clean floor mats and mop heads on a weekly basis (minimum once per week, 52 weeks per year) to PHL and PNE airports. The service includes wet mop heads (24 oz.), dry mop heads (60" and 24" with frames), walk-off floor mats with PHL or PNE logos in various sizes (e.g., 5'x6', 5'x12', 4'x6', 3'x10'), and scraper mats (3'x5'). All items remain the property of the seller. Damaged or defective items must be replaced within 24 hours at no cost to the City. The seller must also provide replacement charges for items lost or destroyed by the City. The seller must obtain Airport Security Identification Badges for employees and comply with TSA and FAA clearance requirements.
