DELL POWERSTORES MAINTENACE AND SUPPORT
This small order purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award. Award of this small order purchase will result in a Requirements contract. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department.
The contractor must provide Dell ProSupport Plus and ProSupport services including 7x24 technical support and assistance, 4-hour 7x24 on-site service with emergency dispatch, and software support maintenance for PowerStore1000 DPE FLD BSC units, AppSync for PowerStore software, and DS6620 switches. Coverage dates range from 2026 to 2028 depending on the asset. The contract is a Requirements contract; services are to be provided only upon notification by the department.
