PW Bid 2480 - Addition of Digester Mixing System: Phase 1 at Northeast WPCP

The contractor shall furnish and install three (3) linear motion mixers in a digester at NEWPCP, including all demolition work to remove existing welded steel plates and abandoned drop tubes from the digester roof, complete digester cleaning and dewatering with disposal of approximately 1,400 dry tons of residual sludge, perform interior concrete spall repairs in three depth categories and crack repairs in three categories, furnish and install mixer access platforms, perform roof repairs, furnish and install instrumentation, provide electrical power and control wiring, conduct start-up and testing, and provide training and final documentation including record drawings and operation and maintenance manuals. The contractor will be granted full shutdown of one digester for up to eight months and partial shutdown of an adjacent digester for up to two weeks. Work must be completed within 730 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
