The City of Philadelphia is seeking a supplier to provide natural gas supply service to the City's Philadelphia Gas Works
("PGW") Interruptible Transportation Natural Gas accounts ("IT Accounts")
The Supplier will provide natural gas supply service to the City's PGW Interruptible Transportation Natural Gas accounts (IT Accounts) listed in Appendix C. The City may also, at its option, purchase service for its PGW Firm Transportation Natural Gas accounts (Firm Accounts) or purchase renewable natural gas. The Supplier shall be responsible for nomination, coordination, and scheduling of natural gas and transportation volumes, including completing all arrangements with natural gas producers, interstate pipeline companies, and PGW for delivery to existing PGW meters at each City-owned facility. The Supplier shall also be responsible for and pay all charges associated with the transportation of natural gas to the City-gate and shall be solely responsible for all imbalance penalties. Tangible work products include monthly supply reports, monthly billing upload files, and monthly invoices.
