The awarded seller(s) must supply new small equipment to City agencies/departments as ordered. Delivery, warranties, shipping, packaging, and removal of packaging materials are the seller's responsibility and must be included in the quoted price. The seller must provide an initial training program on use and care of equipment. Equipment must be delivered within 10 calendar days of receipt of purchase order unless otherwise directed. The seller must provide warranty repairs within 2 calendar days of notification, with a $50.00 per day penalty for failure.
