A mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting is to be held on September 3, 2026 at 1pm. An amendment will be posted with the meeting details.
It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to award police helicopter maintenance to various City Agencies and Department(s) specified herein during the contract period. All quotes must be submitted to PHL Contracts no later than 10:30 AM on the date that the related bid opens. Quotes will not be accepted after the bid opening. It is the seller's responsibility to make sure the quote is submitted in a timely manner.
