For the improvement of a certain section of TOWNSHIP ROUTE 603 (Kinneyville Road), SECTION BR5, in MANCHESTER and BUCKINGHAM TOWNSHIPS, in WAYNE COUNTY from approximately 3.6 miles east of TOWNSHIP ROUTE 601 at STATION 94+25.00 to intersection of TOWNSHIP ROUTE 603 and STATE ROUTE 4007 at STATION 100+56.04 with a total work area length of 531.04 FEET (0.100 MILES). The project involves replacing the existing structure carrying TOWNSHIP ROUTE 603 (Kinneyville Road) over Equinunk Creek with a single span composite prestressed adjacent box beam structure founded on spread footings. TOWNSHIP ROUTE 603 will be realigned to match the new structure location along with relocating the intersection with STATE ROUTE 4007. Other work includes roadway approach work adjacent to the structure and along STATE ROUTE 4007, replacement of a 60 inch pipe crossing TOWNSHIP ROUTE 603, guide rail replacement, E&S control measures, signing and pavement marking, structure removal, and other miscellaneous construction work.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to contact Contract Awards and be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room. Contract Awards can be reached at 717-395-9754. Due to recent changes in the Keystone Building, there is no longer a reception on the 5th Floor to greet and check-in visitors.
