This project is the Bridge Rehabilitation on PA 36 over Brush Run in Hollidaysburg Borough and Frankstown Township, Blair County, the Bridge Improvement including substructure repairs, debris removal, re-establishment of the elevated floodplain, milling and overlay of the approach roadways on SR 4003 (Logan Boulevard) over Mill Run between Browning and Milton Avenues in the City of Altoona, Blair County, and the Bridge Rehabilitation of a structure carrying SR 4003 (Logan Boulevard) over Norfolk Southern Railroad in the City of Altoona, Blair County. This work is indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 0036, SECTION 41B from approximately Segment 0290 Offset 0562 to Segment 0300 Offset 0867, STATE ROUTE 4003, SECTION 06B from approximately Segment 0010 Offset 0535 to Segment 0010 Offset 1265, and STATE ROUTE 4003, SECTION 07B from approximately Segment 0030 Offset 0823 to Segment 0030 Offset 1963.
Additional Information: This is an ECMS project. All Addenda will be electronically posted. The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to contact Contract Awards and be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room. Contract Awards can be reached at 717-395-9754. Due to recent changes in the Keystone Building, there is no longer a reception on the 5th Floor to greet and check-in visitors.
