Also includes new signing, pavement markings, highway lighting, ITS devices, utility relocations, replacement or upgrade of drainage (including 72” jack and bore across I-81) and barrier protection and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE SR 81, SECTION 590, in SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY, HARFORD AND NEW MILFORD TOWNSHIPS from approximately 0.7 miles south of SR 848 at NB/SB segment 2184/2185 offset 0978/1008 to approximately 0.8 miles north of SR 848 at NB/SB segment 2200/2201 offset 0856/0944.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to obtain a visitor pass on the 5th Floor and to be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room.
