Construction includes backfilling the void underneath the structure and backfilling the void up to the current roadway grade. Construction includes asphalt base, binder, and wearing courses, foreign borrow, concrete piping, asbestos abatement, and miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg.
