The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of a certain section of state highway in CLEARFIELD COUNTY, CITY OF DUBOIS, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, SR 0219-275. Construction is on SR 0219 from Segment 0860 Offset 0050 to Segment 0892 Offset 0030 for a total construction length of approximately 6194 feet (1.173 miles). Construction includes highway restoration work consisting of milling & overlay, with two short sections of reconstruction. Additional work includes drainage improvements, traffic signal upgrades, ADA curb ramp upgrades, and miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.
Additional Information: This is an ECMS project. All Addenda will be electronically posted. The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to contact Contract Awards and be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room. Contract Awards can be reached at 717-395-9754. Due to recent changes in the Keystone Building, there is no longer a reception on the 5th Floor to greet and check-in visitors.
