This project is the Resurfacing and Bridge Replacement on SR 2047 (Mason Dixon Highway) from US 219 to PA 653 in Garrett Borough and Summit Township, Somerset County. The project consists of pavement preservation activities, full depth reconstruction, shoulder widening at the intersection of SR 2047 and SR 653, guide rail updates, two culvert replacements, drainage upgrades, and investigation of a slope failure as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 2047, SECTION 009 from approximately Segment 0100 Offset 1548 to Segment 0140 Offset 0731.
Additional Information: This is an ECMS project. All Addenda will be electronically posted. The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to obtain a visitor pass on the 5th Floor and to be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room.
