The description and location of the project are as follows: rehabilitation of SR 80 bridges over SR 254, repair or construct piers, construct moment slab barriers, full-depth reconstruction of the SR 0254, guide rail, and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 80, SECTION 172, in NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY TURBOT TOWNSHIP from approximately 0.21 mile east SR 80 EB off ramp to SR 254 at segment 2144 offset 2386 to approximately 0.17 mile west of the SR 80 EB on ramp at segment 2150 offset 2344, approximately 0.20 mile west SR 80 WB off ramp to SR 254 at segment 2155 offset 0164 to approximately 0.22 mile east of the SR 80 WB on ramp at segment 2151 offset 0295, and for STATE ROUTE 254, from approximately 1 mile east of the intersection with School House Rd at segment 0090 offset 73 to approximately 0.30 mile west of intersection with Follmer Rd at segment 0140 offset 0142.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to contact Contract Awards and be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room. Contract Awards can be reached at 717-395-9754. Due to recent changes in the Keystone Building, there is no longer a reception on the 5th Floor to greet and check-in visitors.
