Construction will be completed while traffic is detoured as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 4035, SECTION 350, in LUZERNE COUNTY, HUNTINGTON TOWNSHIP from approximately 0.3 miles north of SR 239 at segment 0010 offset 1545 to approximately 0.4 miles south of SR 4018 at segment 0020 offset 0329.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to contact Contract Awards and be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room. Contract Awards can be reached at 717-395-9754. Due to recent changes in the Keystone Building, there is no longer a reception on the 5th Floor to greet and check-in visitors.
