Description

Notice is hereby given that Lower Gwynedd Township will receive sealed online bids for Traffic Signal Maintenance. This contract includes traffic signal maintenance on Township roads and intersections for two (2) years. Bid Documents are available online at no charge via PennBid.

Bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM on Friday August 7, 2026 via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) only. All bids received will be evaluated for completeness. The contract will be awarded by the Board of Supervisors at their monthly board of supervisor meeting on August 25, 2026, or at a subsequent meeting of the Board.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond payable to Lower Gwynedd Township in the amount of not less than ten precent (10%) of the bid.

All bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility, in accordance with all applicable PennDOT regulations related to traffic signal maintenance, including PennDOT Form 408/2016, Change 6, Section 102. Subcontractors must pre-qualify in the same manner, if listed in the bid, or if they subsequently undertake the partial or total construction of one or more items of work.
