BARC Developmental Services, located at 4950 York Road, Holicong, PA 18928, will receive sealed bids for “BARC Roof Recovery Applications” online until 10:00 AM, prevailing time on July 27, 2026, at which time and place the bids shall be publicly opened for. CAI Contract #: 70725.07.
This project will consist of the installation of a new mechanically attached TPO roof system on the cafeteria/office and upper roof at the BARC Developmental Services building located at 349 Ivyland Road, Warminster, PA.

PennBid assesses a fee of up to 0.33% of the bid amount (up to $5,000) only to bidders who are awarded contracts. Bidder acknowledges that project costs are subject to the allowability and cost principles of 2 CFR 200 Subpart E, as applicable, and that records are subject to audit under 2 CFR 200 Subpart F. The successful Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The completion of all required Bid Documents must also be submitted at the time of the bid.
