Palm Beach County is seeking submittals from qualified contractors to provide beverage products, dispensing equipment and storage equipment to the Parks and Recreation Department at designated waterparks and pool. Marketing, sponsorship, and advertising assistance to promote the waterparks and pool is to be provided in addition to the beverage products and necessary equipment. RFS is attached under Attachment tab.
The contractor will provide beverage products (excluding frozen carbonated beverages), dispensing equipment and storage equipment to Calypso Bay Waterpark, Coconut Cove Waterpark, and Lake Lytal Pool. The contractor must supply and maintain minimum equipment including shelf display refrigerators, table top refrigerators, dispensing units, vending machines, and cooler carts as specified. The contractor shall provide product delivery service at least once per week and equipment repair service as needed between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The contractor must also provide marketing, sponsorship and advertising assistance, including promoting events, paying a sponsorship/rebate fee, providing a minimum $1,000 annually in marketing funds, and providing the use of mobile beverage wagons/trailers with two weeks notice. The contractor shall respond and repair all equipment within twenty-four hours of receiving a report.
