The project scope includes design and construction of a new Main Electrical Building, a new DIW Electrical Building, a new Outdoor Enclosure with two 1000 KW diesel generators, demolition of the existing Operations Building/electrical building and main generator building, conversion of existing DIW MCC building to a storage building, a new rain garden, relocation of piping, relocation of overhead powerlines or burying underground powerlines, and process improvements. The Design-Build Entity is responsible for permitting, design, construction, commissioning, training, and handover of all components.
