Long Term & Short Term Disability Insurance, & Term Life

The contractor shall provide a fully insured group Short Term Disability Insurance Plan and a fully insured group Long Term Disability Insurance Plan (Lot 1), and an employer paid Basic Term Life and AD&D plan and a voluntary, supplemental group term life and AD&D plan, as well as voluntary dependent term life coverage and retiree term life coverage (Lot 2). The LTD plan will contain employer paid core and buy-up voluntary LTD benefits; the STD plan will be 100% voluntary. The contractor shall duplicate the existing structure and levels of the current term life and AD&D program, including employer paid basic term life of $25,000 and $15,000 AD&D, and offer voluntary supplemental term life and matching AD&D to a maximum of $500,000. The contractor shall also provide enrollment assistance, customer service, electronic eligibility file processing, and annual stewardship meetings.
