LABORATORY SERVICES, TERM CONTRACT
The successful bidder shall provide all necessary laboratory analyses as listed in the 92 tables of the solicitation, covering primary and secondary inorganics, disinfection byproducts, radiochemical analysis, synthetic organics, volatile organics, and other parameters. The bidder must supply sample collection containers, ice chests, and inert packaging material. The bidder is responsible for daily pickup of sample collection shipments from the PBC Water Utilities Laboratory in Delray Beach, FL, including Saturdays. The bidder must maintain a sample tracking system, adhere to chain of custody procedures, and provide reports in electronic format with specified QC levels. The bidder must also provide a Back-Up Plan within 30 days of contract commencement. Optional services include rush sample analysis with a single fixed percentage markup and field sampling services.
