The successful bidder will provide Jet A fuel and transport delivery to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Aviation Department at 4345 Southern Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33406. Deliveries must be made within 72 hours of email notification, between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM Monday through Friday. The bidder must use delivery vehicles dedicated solely to Jet A fuel, equipped with a fuel sampling port and a transport pump capable of filling above-ground tanks. Fuel will be tested prior to dispensing, and rejected loads must be redelivered at no additional cost. The contract is for a term of 60 months with an estimated value of $3,750,000.00.
