The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, supervision, permits, and supplies to install ballistic security film on all first floor windows of the State Attorney's Office per project requirements. The work includes providing and installing Clear Armor Bullet Resistant Laminate (or PBC approved equal) that meets specified break strength, tensile strength, peel strength, and impact resistance standards. The contractor must also coordinate with the Project Manager, submit all submittals for approval, protect workers and the public, and complete the work within 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
