The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, permits, and supplies to renovate two work areas in the Clerk of Court. Building renovations include reconfiguration of a portion of the existing public service counter, new electrical power, data/voice, emergency panic button at renovated public service counter, reconfiguration of existing ceiling system, lights and soffit as required, reconfiguration of the vestibule walls and doors near the existing ceremony room, new card access at five door locations, replacing and reconfiguring existing interior storefront window with new storefront window and door system, modifications to existing fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems to accommodate proposed renovations, and reconfiguration of security system cameras at renovated areas. Work is to be done under the terms and conditions of Palm Beach County's Annual Contract - Minor Construction Services.
