MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for June 23, 2026 at 10 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Powerhouse Historic Site on SR321, 41.8516, -78.8242.

FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
