The contractor must furnish and deliver printed election supplies, including but not limited to supply bags, table displays, and other printed materials for the Board of Elections. The contractor is responsible for inspection, collating, packaging, and delivery of supplies to various borough offices and election facilities. The contractor must assemble supply bags and table displays containing critical and non-critical items such as street finders, poll site lists, affidavit envelopes, pens, return envelopes, voter cards, and other election-related printed materials. Deliveries must be made within 30 days of the purchase order date, using trucks equipped with a lift gate and a pallet jack. The contractor must also provide e-versions of documents and samples upon completion of each printing job. The contractor may be required to pick up items supplied by the Board of Elections at points directed by the Board, at the contractor's own expense. The contract is subject to quality inspections by the Board of Elections and DCAS, and the contractor must submit inspection fees of $5,000 upon request. The contract includes price escalation provisions based on the Producer Price Index for paper manufacturing.
