The contractor will provide portion control products such as black pepper packets, lemon packets, dry milk packets, jelly cups, milk powder, fruit cups, seasoning packets, soy milk, sugar packets, syrup cups, sugar substitute packets, tartar sauce packets, and ketchup packets. Deliveries are to be made to DOC locations including Riker's Island, with specific delivery instructions and scheduling requirements. The contract may be used by other City agencies as a citywide requirements contract.
