This Project consists of the replacement of the existing rooftop chiller that has exceeded its useful life and the existing air handling units located in the mechanical equipment rooms (MER) on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors. New fresh air intake louvers will be installed on the 56th Street façade at floor levels 4-6. The south mechanical rooms will receive replacement louvers, and a new fire separated assembly will be installed between ceiling mounted air handler and the path of egress below.
