The scope includes engineering, procurement, and construction of a turn-key microgrid system. The proposer shall install a solar PV system (minimum 64 kW DC / 51 kW AC), a battery energy storage system (approximately 125 kW / 110 kWh), microgrid controls and DER integration, complete electrical infrastructure reconfiguration and upgrades, and interconnect, test, permit, and commission the microgrid. The system must support automatic islanding during grid outages and provide power to the grid under normal conditions. The proposer must also provide warranties, performance guarantees, and training.
