The work includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services necessary for the completion of a warehouse workspace remodel. The scope encompasses demolition, structural steel framing, metal fabrications, rough and finish carpentry, architectural wood casework, thermal insulation, thermoplastic membrane roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, transaction windows, door hardware, glazing, gypsum board assemblies, non-structural metal framing, resilient flooring, sound absorbing wall and ceiling units, painting and coating, wall and door protection, countertops, wet-pipe sprinkler systems, plumbing, general service compressed-air system specialties, HVAC including duct installation, piping, pumps, water treatment, ductwork, fans, air outlets, filtration, packaged outdoor heating and cooling unit, unit heaters, electrical demolition, low-voltage power conductors, grounding, raceways, wiring devices, lighting fixtures, digital lighting control, communications structured cabling, and fire alarm safety. The contractor must also provide all necessary permits, temporary facilities, and comply with prevailing wage rates and drug testing requirements.
