The consultant will review current job descriptions and compensation structure to determine the need for modifications and ensure external competitiveness and internal equity. Tasks include reviewing job descriptions, conducting in-person interviews, proposing modifications to the pay structure, recommending additions/deletions/modifications to classifications, making FLSA status recommendations, identifying external comparator jurisdictions, surveying comparator jurisdictions, analyzing results, developing appropriate pay structures, identifying compensation inequities, and providing periodic status reports.
