DAS SPS seeks a GovRAMP/FedRAMP-certified LMS to replace DPSST's legacy systems by 2027. The LMS will modernize statewide public safety training, centralize records, automate processes, improve access, ensure CJIS compliance, and support scalable, high-quality training for 50,000+ constituents. One vendor-hosted COTS solution will be selected.
Pre-Bid Conference: No Pre-Proposal Conference will be held.
The scope includes all tasks necessary to implement a vendor-hosted COTS LMS solution, including project management, requirements refinement, solution architecture and design, configuration and build, system integrations, data conversion and migration, system reporting, testing and validation, training and readiness, deployment and go-live, post-go-live stabilization and project closeout, and ongoing operations and maintenance with a Service Level Agreement. The solution must meet FedRAMP Certification or GovRAMP Authorization, comply with CJIS security policy, and meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards.
