THIRD PARTY ADMINISTRATOR FOR LIABILITY AND PROPERTY CLAIMS

Metropolitan requires the services of Consultant(s) to provide third-party administrator (TPA) services for Metropolitan’s self-insured liability and property claims program. A complete description of the scope of work is provided in Section 2.

Details

1. Respondents' principals/key personnel shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in performing as a third-party administrator handling property and liability claims, with at least three (3) years of experience handling public entity business (see the scope of services for a detailed description).
2. Respondents' principals/key personnel, including sub-consultants, shall possess an “Independent Adjusters License” issued by the California Department of Insurance.
3. Respondent’s business shall have been in existence for at least five (5) years, providing the type of services required by the scope of services.
4. Respondent shall have a claims office located in Southern California

Respondent must review and respond in accordance to the attached RFP document. Please note that "Response File", "Cost File", and two Sample Report "General Attachment Files" are required.
