Hood River County Parks Master Plan
The scope includes conducting a virtual kickoff meeting, identifying comparable municipalities for benchmarking, reviewing and extracting data from the 2020 Hood River Area Multi-Jurisdictional Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan, assessing need and feasibility for new campgrounds and expansion of existing overnight facilities, producing a phased 10-year Capital Improvement Roadmap, establishing an ADA Transition Plan with prioritized improvements and cost estimates, and developing sustainable revenue strategies including fee structures, reservation systems, and grants. All deliverables shall be provided in Word or Excel Document and PDF format; presentations in PowerPoint format.
