The contractor shall perform all work for grading, paving, drainage, roadside development, signing, pavement markings, signals, and illumination for the SW Pilkington Road at SW Dawn Street Enhanced Crossing Project. Work includes mobilization and temporary work zone traffic control; clearing and grubbing; earthwork and excavation; construction survey; removal of existing structures and obstructions including asphalt pavement sawcutting; drainage improvements including catch basin and inlet installation; aggregate base and asphalt concrete pavement; concrete curbs, curb and gutter, sidewalks, and curb ramps with tactile surface indicators (truncated domes); grouted round rock installation; permanent pavement markings (thermoplastic and bar markings); permanent traffic control devices including signs and sign supports; rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) installation with pedestrian push button system; illumination pole foundations and conduit/wiring; erosion and sediment control throughout construction; and permanent seeding and planting of landscape materials. All work shall comply with the 2024 Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction, Clackamas County special provisions, and project plans and drawings.
