The work includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for the completion of the Manning MS Enclosed Storage Building Roof Replacement. Specifically, the contractor must remove the existing metal roof, insulation barrier, and gutters; install new insulated metal roof panels (Kingspan KingSeam or approved equivalent, 5 inches thick, 40 inches wide, with a minimum R-value of 40), including related accessories such as fasteners, ridge cap, and eave trim; install new extruded aluminum gutters and downspouts; and perform all associated work for a complete and functional installation. The project also includes selective demolition, construction waste management, and closeout procedures.
