The project consists of removal of existing shingle roof, roof underlayment, and gutters; installation of roof underlayment, metal roofing panels, and gutters. The contractor shall provide related accessories such as fasteners, ridge cap, and eave trim as required for a complete installation. Work includes selective demolition, installation of self-adhered high-temperature roof underlayment, 24-gauge metal roof panels with concealed fasteners, and extruded aluminum gutters and downspouts. The contractor must also provide temporary facilities, manage construction waste, and complete final cleaning.
