Human Services Coordinated Plan Assistance
The consultant will develop and deliver a Coordinated Plan and supporting technical assistance documentation for use in subsequent updates by agencies. Tasks include: a Kick-off meeting in Salem; developing templates for community planning sessions, focus groups, surveys, and detailed studies; creating a Draft and Final Work Plan for each Lead Agency; and producing a Coordinated Plan that includes existing conditions analysis, demographic and socioeconomic analysis, information about transportation services, stakeholder involvement, transportation needs assessment, prioritized transportation strategies, and cost and funding analysis. The work covers transit agencies listed in Attachment B, with timelines for Final Work Plan approval by 6/30/2027, plan updates for 'Medium Priority' agencies by 12/31/2027, and 'Low Priority' agencies by 12/31/2028.
