This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit for data collection, analysis, and documentation Services needed to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act and other federal laws for the Dalles Watershed Project in the Umpqua National Forest within Oregon on behalf of the U.S. Forest Service Barlow Ranger District. The Contractor shall collect and summarize field survey data for cultural resources, Northern Spotted Owl, terrestrial mollusks, and fungi; prepare Biological Assessments and Biological Evaluations; develop an issue-focused Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact; and produce resource-specific reports for silviculture, fire and fuels, wildlife, botany, hydrology, soils, fisheries, recreation and visuals, and transportation. The work includes attending a pre-work meeting, monthly progress review meetings, a collaborative field trip, and assembling a Project Record. All work must be completed by June 30, 2028.
