The Pathways to Multilingualism Grant of 2026-27 is Priority 4 of the Oregon Multilingual Learner Strategic Plan intended to support Oregon Educational Entities to design (create new programs) and improve established dual-language and tribal revitalization programs in Oregon. These programs assist students in gaining academic proficiency in multiple languages.
