Recipients will provide partner-based outreach to individuals and families that may be eligible for health coverage through OHP and provide direct enrollment assistance and system navigation to consumers, regardless of health coverage eligibility. Activities include hosting and participating in events to share information on OHP system navigation services, sharing information through advertising and distribution of OHA-approved materials, providing OHP application assistance including completing new applications and renewals, training staff on health system navigation, providing health system navigation education, scheduling medical appointments for OHP members, and providing or connecting OHP members with services that support their ability to access healthcare.
