SAIF invites proposals from qualified vendors to provide maintenance services on SAIF's emergency generator sets as specified in the attached RFP.
The contractor shall provide scheduled preventive maintenance services on SAIF's emergency generator sets at the High Street Building and Parkway Building in Salem, Oregon, on a semi-annual basis in July and January. Services include running the engine, checking oil pressure, coolant temp, RPM, exhaust, ignition system, fuel system, batteries, and automatic transfer switches, among other tasks. The contractor shall also perform unscheduled maintenance services as requested by SAIF, run load bank tests per NFPA 110, and provide detailed service reports within seven calendar days after each service.
