The contractor must supply Tomato Ketchup meeting Grade C or better specifications, in cans or pouches, with a minimum of 25% solids. Delivery is FOB destination to the ODOC Central Distribution Center at 3601 State Street, Salem, OR 97301. The estimated quantity is 2,856 cases, with an estimated three full truckloads (each approximately 952 cases or 40,000 pounds). First delivery is to occur within 45 days after receipt of order, with remaining trucks spaced 30 days apart. All goods must have a minimum one-year shelf life remaining and comply with all applicable FDA/USDA regulations.
