The purpose of this project is to replace the existing ORARNG Pendleton Aviation HVAC system to improve operational readiness. The proposed project is classified Sustainment and will extend the usable life of the facility. This project would replace the end-of-life building HVAC system with new commercial electric split heat pump systems.
